1. Hot and cold domestic water
The heating of wall mounted furnace is normal, and the hot water is unstable when it is cold. It may be caused by the following reasons: large fluctuation of water pressure or air pressure; check whether there are problems with air valve and circuit board; small water flow and high water temperature; check temperature sensor; poor contact of air pressure switch; poor hot water flow sensor; too large minimum power.
When using domestic hot water, please adjust the mixing tap. When the cold water flow is too large, the hot water flow through the gas-fired wall mounted boiler is too small. At this time, the furnace will adjust automatically. In severe cases, the wall mounted boiler may shut down and hot water may appear. It's hot and cold, and the flame is big and small. Therefore, when using domestic hot water, adjust the temperature control knob on the gas-fired wall mounted furnace to the appropriate temperature. Don't mix too much water in the tap. The wall mounted boiler is in a stable working state; excessive scale change on the domestic hot water plate will also lead to sudden cooling and heating of hot water. You should contact a professional organization in time for descaling and cleaning; unstable tap water pressure in the community may lead to instantaneous flow fluctuation, and the outflow of domestic hot water will suddenly fluctuate. 2. Alarm / stop when water pressure is too low
If the wall furnace is warned or shut down suddenly, check the water pressure of the wall furnace. During the heating process, the atmospheric pressure of the wall hanging furnace is 1.5-2.0 bar. If the pressure of the wall hanging furnace is too low and the wall hanging furnace cannot be started normally, the wall hanging furnace will give an alarm automatically and the corresponding fault code will be displayed on the LCD screen. 3. Ignition failure of wall mounted furnace
Ignition is related to natural gas, ignition needle and burning air. When the natural gas wall mounted furnace is not on fire, first confirm whether the natural gas is sufficient and whether the valve is opened, and then check whether the ignition position of the ignition needle is deviated or whether the electrode of the ignition needle is leaking, which leads to spark leakage and fire.
4. Frequently release system pressure or no pressure
It is normal for the heating system to have a certain pressure drop after long-term daily use of domestic gas-fired wall mounted furnace. There are two main reasons for failure. The first is that the heating system has tight pipes, and the system runs out of water shortage caused by dripping; the second is that the gas in the expansion tank is insufficient or the volume is small.
Insufficient sealing of the heating pipe may cause the system pressure to continue to decrease. Therefore, it is necessary to find professional maintenance personnel to check the system, find the leakage point and carry out maintenance,
The system is supplemented to solve the problem. The phenomenon of insufficient gas will appear in the expansion tank: when the gas wall mounted furnace does not work, the system pressure is low, but once the heating function starts to operate, the pressure will increase significantly, the increase is still very large, and after the pressure exceeds the upper limit, the safety valve will start to empty. If this happens, it is necessary to pressurize the expansion tank or add the system expansion tank in time.
